Production Schedule
Sandblasted/Laser Engraved/Screen Printed orders: 10 working days from
final art approval*. Orders larger than posted quantities may require more
time. Orders requiring faster than published lead times may be
accommodated based upon factory capacity. Our Expedited Service is often
available.
Expedited Service
3 to 6 working days production time: 20% additional charge
2 working days production time: 50% additional charge
1 working day production time: 100% additional charge
Minimum Expedited Service charge (RUSH): $50.00(x). You
will be advised of any Expedited Service charges prior to production.
Charges will be applied to invoice.
*Production time begins when a purchase order is received
and all FINAL production information including artwork, personalizations,
and proofs have been approved.
Make-Ready
Information
We provide FREE ART for all orders that can be production ready by our Art
Department within 30 minutes. 95% of provided art can be prepared for
production within 30 minutes. Additional time is billed at $50.00(x) (ART)
per one half hour. You will be advised of any additional art charges prior
to production. Charges will be applied to invoice.
Laser Make-Ready (LMR): $50.00(v).
Laser Re-order: No re-order set-up charges apply for identical copy or
copy with date change only.
Sandblasting Make-Ready (SBMR): $65.00(v).
Second Location Sandblast Make-Ready (SBMR2): $40.00(v).
Second Location Sandblast Application* (SBAPP): $5.00(v).
Sandblasting Re-order (SBRO): $35.00(x) for identical copy or
copy with date change only.
Screen Make-Ready (SMR): $65.00(v) includes one color,
one side imprint.
Additional Colors (SCM): $40.00(v) per color.
Additional Color Application* (APP): Refer to item specific page.
PMS Color Matching (PMS): $35.00(v).
Screen Re-order (RO): $30.00(x) for first color - Additional colors for
items with no change (RO2): $20.00(x) per color.

Digi-Print Make-Ready (DMR): $50.00(v).
Digi-Print Re-order: No re-order set-up charges apply for identical copy
or copy with date change only.
Combination Screen + Laser Make-Ready (SLMR): $85.00(v).
Screen + Laser Re-order (SLRO): $65.00(x).
Colorfill (FILL): $7.00(v) per area, per piece. Available in the
following colors: gold, black, white, copper, silver, red, blue and green.
Add two days to normal production time. PMS color matching is not
available on Colorfill.
Logo Changes/Art Resizing (LOGO): $20.00(v) per change within an order
(applies to logos & blocks of text).
Personalization
Information
Save by providing personalization information electronically in Excel,
Word or CSV format to our specifications. We strongly recommend all
personalizations be provided electronically due to diminished quality of
print from faxed copies.
Electronic file personalization charge includes up to 3 lines.
Laser Personalizations-Electronic (LPERE): $5.00(v).
Sandblasted Personalizations-Electronic (SBPERE):

Screened Personalizations-Electronic (SPERE): $7.00(v).

Art Requirements:
Production Ready Art should be sent via email or disk to your Customer
Service Representative with the following specifications:
Vector Files: Corel Draw version 12 or lower (CDR),
Illustrator (EPS) - Please convert fonts to curves/outlines/paths.
Bitmap Files: Photoshop (PSD), TIF, JPEG - no lower than
300 dpi - 600 dpi preferred.
Art Prep for Sandblasting: Minimum font size is 12 points
on non-serif fonts and 16 points on serif fonts. All artwork must be black
and white - halftones can not be sandblasted. Artwork with fine lines may
be problematic.
Art Prep for Screen Printing: Minimum font size is 10
points. Standard colors available in addition to Pantone Basic Colors are:
black, white, gold, silver and frost (see website). Multiple colors must
be separated.
Art Prep for Lasering: Minimum font size is 10 points.
Black and white art is required. Tones of 10% - 30% grey can be used.
Please note that tones over 30% will laser as black.
Custom Glass
Information
A Purchase Order will be required for a pre-production sample. If
pre-production is approved, a new purchase order will be required for the
order. Orders placed without first approving a pre-production sample will
require a 75% deposit and a signed waiver before production begins.
Custom glass products may be produced domestically or
offshore, depending on complexity, quantity and time restraints. Domestic
production requires a minimum of 2 to 6 weeks. Offshore
production and transportation when imported by boat requires 12 to 14
weeks or by air requires 4 to 8 weeks. Production will not begin until
after all approvals. At time of order we will attempt to confirm the
anticipated production time. Offshore production may take longer based on
time of year.
Custom glass orders produced offshore require a minimum
deposit of 30%. Actual amount of deposit will be determined at time of
quotation. Offshore orders for less than 50 identical shapes or a total of
less than $2,500 ar not feasable.
Shipping and Packaging Information:
Packaging: Refer to appropriate pages for packaging descriptions.
Individual corrugated box or 2 piece presentation box will besupplied with
most awards. Most glass awards are provided in a deluxe presentation box.
Other standard packaging includes foam pouches and polybags. Contact
factory for special packaging need (see photos of boxes at bottom of
page).
Shipping: All orders are F.O.B. plant. Orders without prepayment or
credit approval will be shipped COD. Factory ships via FedEx or UPS. Any
other method of shipping or any international shipments will be subject to
an additional Document Charge (DOC): $15.00(x) per destination.
Third Party Shipping/Freight Collect: Available upon request -
customer must supply account number, telephone number andreference number
on purchase order at least 3 days prior toshipping. A $7.00(x) (TPS)
charge will be applied per order.
Individual Drop Shipments (multiple destinations): $5.00(x) (DSE)
per destination when provided via email or disk in Excel or CSV format to
our specifications. Contact Customer Service for a sample file.
$7.00(x) (DS) per destination when no file is provided or file does not
meet our specifications. Freight and insurance are additional.
Identification Labels: Customer typed and furnished name labels, in
alphabetical order, applied to gift boxes at no extra charge. Factory
furnished and applied labels at no extra charge on orders 40 pieces or
more. Orders with less that 40 pieces requiring factory furnished labels
will incur a $10.00(x) (LABEL) charge per order. List must be provided to
factory in Excel or CSV format.
Warehouse Release Program:Ideal for recognition programs - simply
total your award needs for the year and place a Master Order.
A $7.50(x) (RELEASE) charge will apply to all shipments (after the first)
of prepaid merchandise held in inventory. This charge covers office
expenses and warehousing; freight is additional. To retain pricing and
availability, all necessary merchandise and production charges are subject
to catalog specifications and invoiced at
program inception. This merchandise will be held no longer than 12 months
at which time final shipment must be initiated. Production delivery dates
apply.
Lost or Damaged Merchandise: Claims for repair, replacement,
corrections or shortages must be presented to our company within 15 days
of receipt of the order. Re-shipment, if necessary, requires the use of
professional care and packaging materials to prevent damage in transit.
Miscellaneous Information:
Samples: Random catalog samples are invoiced at end quantity
pricing. Samples returned in good condition within 30 days of invoice date
will be issued a credit memo for the cost of the
sample only. UPS or FedEx account number must be supplied or freight will
be billed. Custom or Pre-Production samples are not returnable.
Return Policy: All samples or packages must be approved prior to
returning them to the factory. Please contact Customer Service for a
return authorization number (RA#). Delivery will be refused for any return
not bearing a factory issued RA#. A 20% Restocking fee will be applied to
all returns of stock catalog items. Custom, imprinted and non-stock items
are non-refundable.
Trademark Usage: All copy or other material submitted by the
customer for use by us in producing the items ordered will be accepted as
being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding
trademark, service mark, copyright, right to privacy, patent or similar
protection. Copy and trademarks illustrated in this catalog are used to
demonstrate product imprinting. This does not constitute endorsement by
any company of our product line. Specific imprints are not available to
any purchaser without permission of the owners of the trademarked or
copyrighted art or copy.
Sizes and Weights: All sizes and weights are approximate.
Cancellation/Decreased Order Charges: Orders cancelled during or
after the original production run and prior to shipment, will be invoiced
for all material and labor completed up to the date which the order was
cancelled. Decreased orders will be billed at the appropriate reduced
column price, as long as production has not been completed. Changes to
orders must be faxed or emailed.
Increased Order Charges: Increased orders received after the
original production run will be processed as a new order, incur new set-up
charges & be billed at the quantity of the new order. If original
production has not been completed, the scheduled ship date may change or
Expedited Service charges may apply. Changes to orders must be faxed or
emailed.
Prices are F.O.B. Factory: Prices and items may be subject to
change without notice due to the fluctuating market value and availability
of raw materials. This catalog supersedes all previous catalog prices and
items.
Minimum Orders: Orders totaling less than $67.00(r) will incur a
$15.00(x) (SMALL) order handling fee.
Pre-production Samples: If a paper proof is not sufficient, a
pre-production sample of your actual item may be created. Samples are
invoiced at a minimum quantity plus all
non-returnable art/production ready charges. If the sample is approved
without art changes, all charges will apply to the final production of the
order.
Screen Printing: An economical alternative to laser engraving or
sandblasting your award is screen printing. Many catalog items can be
screened at substantial savings (in quantity). Contact Customer Service
for details.
Inventory: Every effort is made to maintain sufficient quantities
to meet production demands - however all orders are subject to product
availability. Please verify availability with Customer Service.
